You come into motion: a high-energy workout that celebrates strength in difference.
Breathwork built on acceptance and taking up space.
And you end it together: a euphoric morning rave where freedom takes over the room.
This edition moves for more than ourselves: we donate to Pride Sport Foundation, making sport a place where everyone belongs. Want to give more? Add a donation on site.

Walk through the AMAZE experience. A tunnel as a mental reset, before the workout begins.

The workout. Strength in difference - on house and techno edits of Pride anthems and queer icons.

Come back to yourself. Acceptance, and taking up space exactly as you are.

No, everyone is welcome. That's the whole point. Every body in this room belongs here.
Where does the charity money go?

We donate to Pride Sport Foundation.
What should I wear and bring?

Comfortable workout clothes, training shoes, a water bottle and a towel.
Are there lockers and showers?

There are lockers available. AMAZE does not have showers, however: there is a refresh area and restrooms.
